This Futon is way more comfortable than a pull out couch. There is no bars across your back to keep you awake at night. This is a great option that sets us apart from some of the hotels that only provide two sleeping areas. Linens are provided in master.

Location, location, location. All I can say was that the location was perfect for my family and I love the quietness. The place was very clean and cozy. Will be staying in the future. Highly recommend it.

Heights without rails or protections - Balcony/patio walls are approximately 4' high and should not be climbed on or sat upon. This unit is on the 3rd floor, therefore, children should be supervised at all times while on the balcony or patio areas.
HOA will set fines if there is anything hanging over the railing, and these will be passed on to the guest occupying the unit.
Security Cameras/Audio Recording - The complex security team uses cameras in common areas and on the exterior of the building for security purposes. There are no cameras or recording devices located within the unit. There is a ring camera at the door.
