The Myrtle Beach Myrtlewood Condos are less than 3 miles from Ripley's Aquarium and Broadway at the Beach. The restaurants are abundant and are the unique shops and entertainment attractions year round.
Our particular building features a Third-story walk up so you can get a great view of the golf course and the water beyond. our building does not have an elevator, and you must be able to walk upstairs. There is a nice refreshing air-conditioning waiting.
In the words of Zac Brown, “ I got my toes in the water, ass in the sand” “life is good today”. The Atlantic Ocean is a quick driveway a few blocks down the road. We have a nice supply of beach gear that will help you enjoy your day.
Each pool key allows 5 members to relax and unwind. If the pool seems crowded, don’t worry there’s six to choose from.

Myrtlewood Golf Club with two championship golf courses, PineHills and The Palmetto.
Beach activities, boating, sight seeing, fine dining and shopping. Distances: Only 4 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Located 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach. Just minutes away from shopping centers and outlets.

Please note this is a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator (hence the great views)!

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Heights - Balcony/patio walls are approximately 4' high and should not be climbed on or sat upon. This unit is on the 3rd floor, therefore, children should be supervised at all times while on the balcony or patio areas.
HOA will set fines if there is anything hanging over the railing, and these will be passed on to the guest occupying the unit.
Security Cameras/Audio Recording - The complex security team uses cameras in common areas and on the exterior of the building for security purposes. There are no cameras or recording devices located within the unit. There is a ring camera at the door.
