Our condo is just under 500 sq ft with great natural light and features many personal touches for that "FEELS LIKE HOME ONLY BETTER" vacation getaway! ⭐️ABOUT THE RESORT⭐️
The Resort was completely renovated inside and out in May of 2020. Each unit is independently owned, and every guest has full access to all 3 buildings' amenities! You can work out in the 3rd Floor Gym or unwind in the Dry Sauna next to the Indoor Pool. You can have fun playing games in the Arcade Room, or play fun, oversized, outside games on the Lido Deck, which also frequently features karaoke night where you can sing until your heart's content! You can swim in one of the many glimmering pools, relax in the delightful Lazy River, or decompress in one of the soothing Jacuzzi Tubs. You can be creative building sandcastles and be captivated for hours looking for shark teeth and seashells. Or you can simply relax and refuel every fiber of your soul with your toes in the powder-soft South Carolina sand while watching the tranquil serenity of the waves and listening to the rhythmic heartbeat of the Atlantic Ocean! If you're lucky, you may even spot a few dolphins!

⭐️We love our furry friends as much as anyone, but sadly, they are not allowed in this condo, as the complex does not allow any pets.

⭐️Mid-term and Long-term stays are welcome, especially during the off-season (October - March)! Any stay over 28 days will pay an additional $100 cleaning fee to allow for a deep clean after the stay.

⭐️CHECK INTO THIS UNIT AT 3 P.M. (AN HOUR EARLIER THAN MOST UNITS) AND BEAT THE 4 O'CLOCK CHECK-IN RUSH! EARLY CHECK-INS ARE NOT ALLOWED. My usual sleep hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Therefore, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ARRIVING BEFORE 10 P.M. in case there are any questions, or you need any assistance gaining access to the building or unit. Guests DO NOT need to check in at the front desk, as we are not associated with the on-site management company. Yay! No waiting in line!

⭐️CHECK-OUT TIME IS PROMPTLY AT 11 A.M. (AN HOUR LATER THAN MOST UNITS!) LATER CHECK-OUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. This allows time for a thorough cleaning & inspection before our next Guest check-in at 3 p.m. Any Guests leaving after the 11 a.m. check-out time will be subject to a late check-out fee of $75 for each hour after 11 a.m. unless prior arrangements were made at the time of booking. YOUR UNIQUE DOOR CODE WILL EXPIRE & STOP WORKING AT YOUR SCHEDULED CHECK-OUT TIME.

⭐️Guests will gain access using a Building Keypad Code, the Condo Unit#, and a Unique Unit Access PIN Code, which will all be emailed to you the morning of your check-in date. The Unit is accessed with a keyless smart lock that will automatically activate at 3 PM on the day of your Check-In, and will automatically expire at 11 AM on the day of your Check-out.

⭐️Guests will use Elevators #3 and #4 to access this unit.

⭐️Guests have full access to the condo unit and all shared resort amenities in any of the 3 buildings plus the secure parking garage.

⭐️1 Parking Pass, 1 White Access Card, and 1 Yellow Guest Wristband per registered Guest will be left on the dresser in your unit. (All of these items must be left on the dresser when you check out or you will be charged).

⭐️If you have any check-in questions upon your arrival, please reread the Check-in Instructions or The House Manual. All of my Units have high numbers of Guest stays and these instructions have worked for many others. Everything you need to know should be in there.

⭐️If you have any non-urgent questions before or during your stay, please send them through the Airbnb app.

⭐️I have a strict cancellation policy, so l highly recommend travel insurance in case of emergency.

Hello, I am Valerie! My condo is managed by my Co-Host, Jessica, Owner of The Coastal Cohost, a professional hospitality short-term vacation rental management company. Our goal is to provide personalized quality and attention to every guest!

⭐️Jessica is available to be reached by phone 24/7 during your stay. Although you may check in anytime after 3 PM, it is recommended to check in before 10 PM in case there are any questions or last-minute concerns. Please make sure before contacting her that you have re-read all the check-in instructions.

⭐️If you have any non-urgent questions, please send them through Airbnb.

⭐️If you have an emergency between 10 PM and 7 AM please feel free to call Jessica directly. If the emergency is a noise complaint from 11 PM to 7 AM, please save the step of calling Jessica, and instead, report it to resort security or the police. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911!
*At night during sleep time, Jessica's phone may be set to quiet mode. To bypass that, call her two times in a row, and also leave a text. She frequently checks her phone even during nighttime hours.

⭐️We have a strict cancellation policy so we highly recommend travel insurance in case of an emergency. As for weather events, we will only refund if there is a travel emergency and we are forced to evacuate.

ABOUT THE AREA:

* Myrtle Beach has so many fun and wonderful things to do! You will be about a 10-minute drive from Myrtle Beach Airport. Myrtle Beach State Park is also just a few miles away, as is Market Commons, and Broadway at the Beach.

* In the Myrtle Beach area, you will find plenty of fine dining, shopping, movie theaters, themed mini golf courses & water parks, go-kart tracks, trampoline parks, multiple sea adventures, and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk Entertainment District!

* The Boardwalk district is just about a mile and a half north of our unit and it is lined with tons of great entertainment, beachwear & souvenir shops, restaurants & ice cream shops, attractions such as Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium & Aquarium, and rides such as The Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, the country's 2nd tallest Gondola-style Ferris Wheel!

* Are you a golfer? Myrtle Beach is one of the largest golf destinations in the US, with 75+ world-class golf courses within a very reasonable driving distance!

There are over 60 miles of beachfront to explore! A car would be best to take full advantage of all the amazing shopping, dining, and entertainment options but if you plan to just relax on the beach, and enjoy the resort amenities and the closest local restaurants, there is plenty to do & see! Taking an Uber to/from the airport, or exploring further down the Ocean Blvd strip is always a great option as well!

* You Must Be At least 21 Years Of Age Or Older To Book As A Guest

* No Furry Friends Allowed as the resort does not allow any pets

* No Parties or Large Gatherings Allowed

* No Unregistered Guests Allowed

* No Smoking or Burning Allowed (this includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, vaping, pipes, bongs, candles, incense, etc.) (flameless, battery-powered candles are provided in the unit)

* Absolutely no grills (electric, wood, charcoal, or propane) or any other cooking devices allowed on the balconies or in the hallways.

* Please be aware that even though this condo is in a hotel-style resort, this is not a hotel. There is no "front desk" or "maid/room service" available.

* All Bed Linens, 1 Paper Towel Roll, 2 Toilet Paper Rolls, 2 Trash Bags, 2 Bath Towels per Guest, and 1 Pool/Beach Towel per Guest, are included in our standard starter pack. As guests, you will need to provide anything beyond this if these items run out during your stay. (There is a Walmart Marketplace 4-5 blocks away, and 2 coin-op laundry facilities on the main floor of the resort if needed)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
